God has gifted and called us to build homes and use a percentage of our profits to fund His work around the world. We donate to ministries that build orphanages, provide for the needs of women, children, and families around the world, fund mission trips, and sponsor children through Compassion International and Samaritan's Purse. .5% of the sales price of your home is gifted to a mission-related project at closing. You choose one of the organizations we partner with, and the gift is sent in your name.
Client satisfaction is our top priority. We choose to only build about 15 custom homes each year which allows us to focus on and serve you. We are on the jobsite daily, working side-by-side with our trade contractors to ensure that we exceed your expectations. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. While others are "practicing home-building", we are experienced in the field of making your dream home a reality.
